In a quiet side street in Berlin – Charlottenburg the existing three front shops oh this turn-of-the-century building are to be converted into living units. The new units stretch across two levels. Through the open plan solutions of the new planning, views to the front gardens are secured – even from the back end of these units. On the floors above all apartments to the back will have balconies. Thus all inhabitant of the house will profit more from the building´s ventral and yet very green location.
