This prefabricated house from 2014 in Teltow was extended with 20 m2on two floors. At ground floor level the living- and kitchen area transformed into a light and generous space, a large panorama window flanking the rear wall. A outside terrace with a pergola was built along the whole garden side of the house. The entrance area was opened up for more daylight, the whole living area laid with new ash parquet flooring. Upstairs, apart from the added bedroom, the new planning has made room for a spacious play area for the kids. The wish of the client to adapt the style of the extension to the existing house has been most successfully met.
